We have stayed here pretty much since the floods and as we move to our temporary accommodation i would like to say a massive thank you to each and everyone of the staff here. With 2 young kids the last couple of weeks have been difficult but with all the assistance, time and care each of you have taken from a lovely service in the restaurant if we where in to help with bags to our room or just greeting us and the boys when we seen you. Yous have definitely made life a little easier!! Id love to say i will miss living in a hotel but i wont �� but i will miss the wonderful staff here and would recommend the hotel to anyone!

The staff were so polite and friendly lovely place and lovely food I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return

Stayed here over the Halloween period and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were fantastic. A special mention for Martin who found nothing too much bother, he was brilliant with our grandchildren and while all staff members were good Martin went that extra mile without being in your face with it. The food is really good especially the carvery which l recommend to anyone who is lucky enough to stay here. Finally the hotel is spotless and we as a family will definitely be back again. Thank you The Belfray Country Inn.
